Investigating

We're currently investigating an issue affecting some merchants who are experiencing delays in receiving Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. This is causing codes to expire before they can be entered, preventing a successful login. We're also aware of reports regarding delays in the delivery of SMS receipts.

Our engineering team is actively working with the third-party vendor (Twillio) for them to implement a resolution as quickly as possible. We understand the impact this has on your operations and appreciate your patience. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
